What is BYOK?
Bring Your Own Key. You create a free account at console.anthropic.com, add credit, and paste your API key into Congruently's settings. You pay Anthropic directly for usage. Congruently charges a flat software fee. Unlimited hours. Best for power users.

Other LLMs are available (OpenAI, Gemini, and even locally with Ollama) but experimental.
What happens when I hit my hour cap?
Coaching never cuts off mid-meeting. You'll see a gentle notification, and coaching continues for up to one additional hour. After that, you can add hours at $2.50/hr or upgrade your plan.
What does "price lock for life" mean?
If you subscribe during our launch window on an annual plan, your rate never increases — even if list prices go up. Cancel and the lock is gone (you can pause for up to three months). It's our way of thanking early supporters.
Can I pause instead of canceling?
Yes. You can pause for 1, 2, or 3 months. Your price lock and Mind data stay intact. When you unpause, you pick up exactly where you left off.
Is my data safe?
Your coaching data lives in your browser's local storage. We never store meeting content on our servers. See our privacy policy for details.
