You know what you want to say.
Congruently shows you how in real time.
I built this for myself because my brain and my mouth don't talk well to each other.
I'm an ND creative director meeting with MBAs and SVPs. I fumble meetings constantly. I explain design using craft language when they want business metrics. I hedge, ramble, and hate the performative theatre that is meetings.
When I saw this app working for the first time, it felt like magic... so I thought I'd share it. Been using it daily for weeks. Won't do important meetings without it.
I'd been fighting AI making me obsolete. I'm using it to fight back.
You're the first people outside my little Mac Mini M1 to try it. Thanks for helping me make it better for us.
NDly, J
Six hedge words in two sentences. A 'maybe' when you meant 'no.' Jumping in when the room was already on your side.
You always know what to say. Twenty minutes after it mattered.
Congruently reads the room with you in real time and coaches you through the moment, not after it.
Mid-sentence, a card pops up: "You're hedging. Try: 'We can ship this by Thursday.'" Not a script. Not a grammar fix. A reframe in your voice. Based on what you actually meant to say.
First time it caught me I laughed. Second time... I actually listened.
Captions miss everything that matters. What you're walking into. What you're trying to land. The history between you and this room. Type it in and your coach adjusts instantly. It's not watching you. It's working with you.
Captions don't know she's about to push back. You do.
It doesn't just react to what you said. It's reading what everyone else is saying (and not saying) and gets you ready before the moment arrives. Your manager circles back to a question you dodged. The conversation shifts toward a decision you're not ready for. Your coach sees it coming.
I used to figure out what happened twenty minutes later. Now I know before it happens.
Other tools give everyone the same generic advice. This one starts noticing things. Your patterns. Your people. Your triggers. Meeting by meeting, it gets sharper. By week two, it's not a generic coach. It's yours.
Quick yes/no questions pop up during meetings. One tap, you're back. Who's your manager. Who interrupts you. What you're working on. You're teaching your coach while you use it. It never breaks your flow.
After every meeting, a quick optional debrief. How did that feel? Did you say everything you needed to? Was anyone difficult? Ten seconds of reflection that make the next one sharper. Your coach doesn't clock out when the call ends.
Wish I'd had this ten years ago.
Pick one. It changes what your coach listens for, how it talks to you, and what it catches.
It works through captions your browser already generates. No audio recording. No transcript storage. No data on any server. Everything stays on your machine.
